Who are we?

Rob moved to Gisborne after Cylone Bola to join the efforts to heal the eroding land by establishing trees.
Forest cover is a critical factor in reducing debris in waterways and slowing erosion.
However, it's now evident that pine isn't always the best species for this purpose, and we need to adapt by retiring some land from production forest and farms while establishing
permanent tree cover.
This is the principle aim of Restore Te Whenua.
